Artifacts
Below are my educational artifacts. These were either projects I worked on with groups that I formatted myself or individual semester-long projects.
COB 300: Case Study
COB 300 consists of 4 class, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Management, and on-top of the class work, all the same students are in the same four classes and then divided up into teams typically to create a business plan. However, the semester I was to do COB 300, it was the summer of 2020 and supposed to be in Antwerp, Belgium, when that got cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to take the class virtually during that summer. Due to the classes being accelerated and the new concept of "Zoom" classes, the Professors opted for a case-study instead of a bussiness plan.
MKTG 384: Integrated Marketing Communications
This project consisted of creating an integrated marketing communications plan which is creating a plan that makes sure the same brand image is across the business throughout time. When I took this class in the Spring of 2021, our project was on the tasting room at Old Hill Cidery at Showalter's Orchard in Timberville, VA.
This project was the first time I got to do graphic design for any project at JMU.
COB 490: Hacking for Defense
Hacking for defense is a nationwide class that originated at Stanford University. The objective of the course is for students to gain-real world experience by helping solve selected problems for the department of defense.
My team during the Spring of 2021 was tasked with worked with the JPRA, the joint personnel recovery agency and their issue was for their classes they did not have a scheduling program. This task was difficult because there was only so much information we were allowed to obtain and we had to work with outside programs. The website to the left was created as as timeline for our project
MKTG 462: INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
This project consisted of working with international suppliers to work and go through the process of creating and shipping a product. We worked with international suppliers on Alibaba.com during the Spring of 2022. The product my team created was the "Cool2Clean Electric Scrubber." We would then need to sell to our Professor why he should invest in our product over others.

I took this class in the Spring of 2022 and at the end of the semester, we presented how we used the different methods of selling we learning throughout the semester. This powerpoint shows how effective or ineffective my methods were.
BSAN 391: Decision Modeling for Business Analytics
