In high school, when I was nominated for the National Honor Society, I had to write an essay based on a quote and the quote I choose, unironically was "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take'-Wayne Gretzky" -Michael Scott . It became almost something to live by. My philosophy was when an opportunity arose, why not take it? This philosophy led me to some of my best opportunities but also sometimes didn't always work out. Taking all the opportunities that can come your way can lead to the best opportunities but can lead to being overbooked and overwhelmed. Nevertheless, these opportunities are what shaped me and led to an entrepreneurial spirit. We all accumulate experiences under our belt that shape and define us.
